John, Thanks for the tip - the magnitude labels are displaying. I was hoping the system would choose the most reliable mags with all the catalogs selected i.e. BSC to 6.5, from 6.5 - 9.? SKY2000, 9.?-11.? for Tycho-2 and GSC for all other stars. I needed to turn off BSC and SKY2000 to get the labels but the bright star, 12 Monocerotis, changes from the BSC mag of 5.84 to Tycho mag of 5.95.
