Hi Phillip, When it is called by DAS, CdC load the preference from the file ciel\cartes\ds2000.cdc This is because we generally not want the same setting as usual. The main difference are: equatorial projection and no nebulae catalog to avoid overlaping with the object list send by DAS. If you want to change something just do the setting in CdC and use the menu "File - Save Chart" and type ds2000 for the file name.
