Hi, Do you run the program (created by Christopher Welfare) that downloads TLE from Celestrak? If not, you can find a link at the Sky Charts download page. Depending on your computer there may be one or two error messages popping up when you run that particular program. One for the missing file msinet.ocx for which the link is also provided. Then there may appear another message for the mscal.ocx file. When I reported this problem a couple of years ago to the author, he said that I was only the second person to do so. He also directed me to this site - http://www.sunscrip.com/OfficeXP.htm - to download the file concerned. After that, the program worked well, although the calculations are a bit off from standard sources such as Heavens-Above or other satellite tracking programs.
