I expect the use in 3.x of catalogues with .cds is similar to the one in
2.7x
This kind of catalogues are installed using a slightly different method
from catalogues with a .hdr-file.
The proper path for *.sdd, *.cds and *.cdm files are in
z:\Program Files\Ciel\cat\*externes*\xxx
where xxx is e.g. abell, ds2000, gliese, ...
and z: is the logical drive name, e.g. C: or E:
Each catalogue .zip file contains a relative path, so when you unzip
them, make sure to do this to z:\Program Files\Ciel (or wherever you
have installed CdC)..
Start CdC, select Catalogues, pick a catalogue and set the File Path to
point to the .cds file.
