[skychart-discussion] Permission to use CDC skychart as a pattern

I would like to obtain permission to use a CDC skychart as the basis 
for the pattern for a quilted wall hanging.  I intend to submit the 
completed wall hanging in public competitions. Can you please tell me 
who to contact?
