I don't think any type of permission is needed but you could review the
open source license if you want to. You could help Cartes du Ciel if you
mention that it's what you used to create the pattern but even that is
not mandatory. Patrick will correct me if I got that wrong but I fear
he's not actively monitoring this group these days. It's also vacation
time in France which doesn't help :)
