Edward, As I said, I also use the Aircable Serial3 and have no problems with non-ASCOM drivers. I'm using CdC v2.76c.
I connect to my scopes using an adapter made for Celestrons from Astrocables. However, I can't reach their web site so they may have gone out of business. However, I also have one I made based on this article: http://www.scss.com.au/family/andrew/astro/adapter/ Both the Astrocables device and my home made one work fine with all other drivers and programs. It's just CdC using ASCOM that won't work with my PDA or laptop via BT.
