This is my first post in this Forum, requesting for help.
I noticed a fact that do not understand:
When, in Cartes du ciel, an object is right-clicked, the box "Identification"
appears, showing several parameters.
Among them, azimuth and culmination are given, for a certain date and time.
Now, if I use, as time for the chart, exactly the culmination time, I should
find for the azimuth a value of 0° or 180°; instead, I find approximately one
degree less, i.e. about 79° or 359°.

There must be a reason for that, but I cannot figure which could it be.
Maybe an error in my observatory's coordinates?

Many thanks and my best regards,

Eduardo Flores
