The culmination time is aproximate to the minute. For example: if the culmination time reports "20h09m" the real culmination time can be from 20h09m00s to 20h09m59s. So if the real culmination time is 20h09m30s if you insert in date/time 20h09m00s you will find an azimuth of 179°xx".
