There's an option in the media player you can set to have files when opened to play throughtt it automatically but you'll have to download them first unless the server on the other end has streaming capability.

I found the dialogue you were talking about, and chose windows media. Any file I have downloaded always plays in Windows media, but when I click on the links on the skype tutorials, they still ask me if I want to open or save them. They no longer just begin playing in Windows Media the way they did before, and I still don't know how to correct the problem. Thank you for your help.
