Yeah I in my opinion have no problem just downloading the spicific tutorial file and playing it in WMP. Of course you can delete it later or save it somewhere for future playback. Happy Skyping. The setting must be in internet options. Although I don't see how the files would play if they hadn't been downloaded yet.
