Afraid I don't know what to suggest there. The scripts don't actually provide the hot key support. All they do is tell you when you have enabled or disabled a hotkey according to the Options/Hotkeys screen. Make sure the Enable Keyboard Shortcuts checkbox, also called something like Enable Global Hotkeys in older Skype versions, is checked and that the hotkeys themselves are each checked and set to the key combinations you want.
