Go to options under tools, then down arrow to hotkeys, orhit end since it is the last one there, and hit tab. Check the global hot keys box and then tab. You will see a list of hotkeys. Check th eones you want, such as except call and reject, or hang up call. Those keystrokes by default are alt+page up and alt+page down respectivaly. I made some tutorials on skype but I cannot for the life of me remember if i did on one setting hot keys. Take care all. So far when somebod rings me I have to find out who it is and then call this person myself - I downloaded and installed the skype scripts and the latest version of skype which I downloaded from the skype website.
