Hi Terry, it depends. If you chose to download the executable installer the operation will be done authomatically, it will only ask some informations about in wihch version and language you want to install them. If you downloaded the zip file, simply extract the files which are there included in personal settings folder of JAWS, that usually is: C:\Documents and settings\Username\Application data\Freedom Scientific\JAWS\Version\Settings\Language. For example, if your Windows username is Terry Olandese and you have JAWS 9.0 in american english, the correct patch is: C:\Documents and settings\Terry Olandese\Application data\Freedom Scientific\JAWS\9.0\Settings\ENU As you see, the patch is quite long, so I think more easy way is to open the zip file as the compressed folder using the explorer.exe of Windows, copy all the files, go to start / All programs / JAWS / Explore JAWS / My settings and paste there with ctrl+v.
