[Skypeenglish] Two questions regarding skype

Hi Sarah and list,

I have two questions to ask, please! 
First, what's the best way for me to add the contacts that had been sent to
me by another contact? 
Second, how can I make JAWS start to announce who's typing, when I am in the
chat window? I did look under the verbosity menue in JAWS, but wasn't able
to find that option.
