[Skypeenglish] phone calls?

I have a problem. I believe a skype user is calling my landline 
number. Here is the number I get on my caller I/D:
zero zero zero, zero zero zero, zero zero zero zero.
Bogus? It is obviously a Skype / out caller. The only people that 
have my home phone number are very close friends or acquaintances and 
would for no reason whatever, call, let alone use Skype to call my 
landline number. What can I do? I hope this isn't too off 
topic--recommendations rather than castigations would help more. :)
