How to activate this things?

However, my understanding is that if you have graphical emoticons enabled in Skype, the graphics will replace the text representations in most places, thus effectively preventing the dictionary of names from being used. I have not tested this to see just where the graphics appear versus where you still see text; I'll leave that to someone who wants to mess with it. :-)
