[Skypeenglish] skype watch has stopped working

Hi list.
I recently enabled skype watch on skype 3.8 following the instructions on 
the site to the letter.
the skype watch seemed to install ok as I started getting notifications 
about people signing in.
However for some reason it seems to have stopped working. I don't no exactly 
when it stopped working as I kind of only gradually noticed it.
so does anyone have any thoughts about how to fix this? should I just go 
through the skype watch removal process and enable it again from scratch?
I am running skype 3.8 and jfw ten.
