Hey Dana, when you find Focus Skype, you have to press tab till you hear, "Change hotkey button", here press spacebar. Check/Uncheck the interested checkboxes regarding ctrl, alt, shift and Windows key, then when prompted type the other key you want. Say e.g. that for Focus Skype you want to use ctrl+shift+s, where the S is the first letter of "Skype". Press space to activate the ctrl checkbox with I think is the first one, then press tab some times to find the schift checkbox and press space to check it, again some tabs then when it says edit type s. Press Ok button, then Save. Hth. Barbuz
