Hello, I would also recommend "Skype Call Recorder" from: http://voipcallrecording.com/Skype_Call_Recorder It is free, and in my opinion it records way better (in terms of sound quality) than "CallGraph". It requires at least Windows 2000 or later and .NET Framework 2.0 to work, but I think it worths those requirements comparing to its very good sound quality of the recordings. You will have to "label" 4 buttons (this can be done with JAWS). Those 4 buttons do the following: Start/enable recording, Stop/disable recording, Open the recordings folder (that is what the first 3 unlabeled buttons in the TAB order do) and the fourth unlabeled button is for selecting the folder where the recordings are to be saved. You can choose if the recorder will start with Windows or not, sound mode (mono, stereo and joint stereo) and the mp3 bitrate (32, 64 or 128 kbps). It only records in mp3 format, but I think that is more than enough considering the good sound quality of the recordings.
