Hi Bruce,
first of all, the scripts revision 40c is meant to work with Skype 4, not
Skype 3.8. So, don't you forget to downgrade the scripts also! If you
already did it, and SW is still not working, check the verbosity settings,
meaning press insert+v while in Skype. If you do not see an option called
"SkypeWatch messages" there, chances are you need to reapply installation
procedure, which you can find at http://users.visi.com/~dgl/skype/inst.php.
If you find it instead, make sure it is set to on, not off.
