Yess there are 2 ways of installing skypewatch and that's fine, but that's the way it has to be until freedom doe something about it. The old way was to add a line to default.jss and recompile. The new way is to create a new default.jss that loads the old one and then loads the Skypewatch scripts after it. I admit the new way is more complicated, but it is also more reliable, and this is not something I can change. I managed to make the old method work most of the time, but it will not work all the time, and it is not officially supported anymore for that reason. It is also harder to keep your JAWS working properly using the old method if you use the JAWS update feature or even install new JAWS versions over top of your current one.
