Hi, It seams that Skype 4 has a bug on conferencing. If the person hangs up and you wish to add him or her to a conference again, the Invite function is no longer available for some reason in a context menu. I experienced this problem numerous times, and the only solution is to remake a conference, which is not a problem if you have just a few participants, but if you have 5 or more, then Oh my god!
