Hi Sarah, Yes, its definitely a pain. And, even when I go to the person's name that was in the conference, the call feature claims its not available either. Once I end the conference and call everyone back, though, everything is fixed. I love skype 4, but this is my only problem with it. I hope it can be fixed soon. Sabrina
