I coded Ctrl+Tab to switch among chats even in Default view. I'm not
sure if it will work right every time, but it should. In Default view
though, the specific chats available in the Ctrl+Tab circle is
somewhat dynamic, because of the way Skype's Default view works. A
long-inactive chat can leave that circle by itself after a while. You
can remove a chat from the circle by removing it from the Conversation
list.
