Hi Bachir,
I think you'll have to change the Skype command key from the verbosity 
settings, which you can open pressing JAWSKey+v from within Skype. Not sure 
if it will fix the problem for all the keys you're referring, but this click 
and "Canceled" message made me understand that must be the problem. The 
Skype command system was introduced in revision 550 for Skype 3, and 
fortunately from revision 618 the key to access it can be changed. Your 
setting will be memorized as furthers scripts updates you will install.
