after posting first message, i checked about skype's settings and i saw that skype starts when windows starts.
so, skype was starting itself before jaws. i'm using jaws 10.0 and it launches after 5 or 6 seconds later, skype launches earlier. that's why skype giving error like that. i set the options and i'm having any error. thanks for your help.
