Hi!
I've noticed, in Skype 4.1, that anyone who sends me a contact request will
automatically get added to my contacts. I don't know how to stop this
happening, but, when it does, I simply select the people who've been added
without me wanting them to be, then I press the "applications" key, then I
press "enter" on "remove from contact list" in the menu that comes up. I
tend to remove such unwanted people from the conversations list as well:
this option also comes up in the menu when you press the "aplications" key.
If there are several people in my contact list who shouldn't be there, I
have to remove them one at a time: as far as I can tell, there is no way of
selecting more than one person at a time in the contact list.
This is the only solution I can think of to this problem of unwanted people
being added to the contact list, but I hope it helps!
Bye for now, and happy skyping!
