Ah, this tells me you are probably using the installer, which compiles scripts while installing them. Normally this is a good thing, but JAWS 11 made the word "descending" a language keyword, and I had a function parameter of that name in the Skype 653a code. As a result, the Skype scripts for Skype 3.8 will not compile on JAWS 11. The zip file on my web site though, jfw-skr653a.zip, contains compiled jsb versions of the scripts. I recommend you get and install those manually in JAWS 11.
As for the "All compilations successful" messages, at least older installers had trouble recognizing compile-time failures, so that message may not necessarily mean all went as planned. The error message you indicate tells me that compilation is failing on your JAWS 11 installation. I think things will work fine if you get the jsb files from the zip though.
