The Skype Command Key system only grants access to ten notifications. These are saved in JAWS, so the list will clear if you restart JAWS. It is not read directly from Skype; the list is built as SkypeWatch notices notifications coming in. I'm just explaining this because you referred to an "events panel," and there isn't such a thing in Skype 4 or 5 and SkypeWatch didn't use it in 3.8 either.
