I'm not sure what's going on here as I never used DecTalk, but we'll try to
figure out assuming it's fault of Skype itself.
First of all, you did not say which Skype version are you running, so I'll
assume it's a recent version. If you downloaded scripts revision 50a, try
pressing ctrl+shift+s from within Skype. I also recommend that you uncheck
the automatic Skype starting on Windows startup, as Skype may start before
JAWS and so it won't notice that JFW will run.
