No, ctrl+shift+s is a new command introduced in Skype scripts revision 50a
for Skype 4.1, 4.2, and 5 beta 2. When you press it, you will inform other
applications, including Skype, of the presence of the screen reader. This is
to try to fix the screen reader not detected problem.
