First of all, you did not say which Skype version are you running, so
I'll assume it's a recent version. If you downloaded scripts revision
50a, try pressing ctrl+shift+s from within Skype. I also recommend
that you uncheck the automatic Skype starting on Windows startup, as
Skype may start before JAWS and so it won't notice that JFW will run.
