I haven't used SkypeTalking, but assuming the "Expert Details" bit is a bbutton, it might help to press that and send us here what details you see.
Without further info though, I'm gonna guess that the problem is that SkypeTalking is trying to use the newer JAWS API to make JAWS say things. That API was either not present or differently named in JAWS 6.20 I think. I don't have a JAWS 6.20 installation handy to check though.
