Well, the server is ok, so try downloading once again. You can also
try by using a different download manager.

Well this is not the problem. Jaws 6.2 has the jaws API. Perhaps more
information is in order. What version of skype talking is being used. What
errors do we find in the log. Does he have the skype talking folder in
application data things like this. This has nothing what so ever to do with
the version of jaws in use.

consider that JAWS 6.20 is already quite old, and I don't know if it's
supported... I would recommend that he tries to upgrade, or if it's not
possible uses some Sapi 5 voices if he installed.
