Thanks for the complement.
You can get NVDA from www.nvda-project.org. The stable release is
2010.1, but the beta (pretty stable I must say despite it being such a
beta) is 2010.2.

No offence but I use NVDA with Skype 4.2. It works very well, better
than JAWS. For example there will be no delays experienced and NVDA
tracks the Skype windows very well. If you must use JAWS then I
recommend the 3.x versions of Skype.
