Ok, here's the procedure:
1. from Skype main window, go to tools / options, and press down harrow till
you find "Advanced settings";
2. when you reach it, press tabb till you find "Manage other programs access
to Skype link", and press enter here to activate it;
3. scroll the list of programs with harrows till you find the one of
interest, in our case SkypeTalking.exe, and press tab till you find the
change button;
4. press space there, then choose the "Allow this program to use Skype"
option, then click ok;
5. click ok, Ok again then save.
