hi, you have to allow skype talking in skype first.
then it will do the job as you put it. see the readme included with the
program for information about this and all the features this program has to
offer.

open options
arrow down to advance
tab over to manage other programs access to skype
tab once
highlight skype talking
tab to change button and press enter
tab and choose allow program
tab and enter on ok
