Ottawa Canada Dear Karen and List: Skype Talking is a program that makes many of the functions of Skype easier to use for screen reader users by making them talk.
For example, it announces changes in the online status of any of your Skype contacts, say from Offline to Online or Skype Me and the name of the contact that is calling or texting you. It is much simpler to install than Skype Watch but provides similar functionality. Additionally, Skype Talking can be configured to start Skype or Skype can automatically start Skype Talking when it is started. Hope this helps. Brian Brian K.
