Michael,
I am trying to explain to you that I logged out of my account so when I go
to the site, i have to sign in if I want to access my account info. I am
trying to say that even without signing in to the site, I am able to
download the program. the site cannot remember that I have an account
because I am on a page that a person who does not have an account would
get when entering the site. It is for sure that you do not need to have
an account in order to be able to download the program, that is certain.
If you like, I can definitely confirm this to you tomorrow at work. I
will go to the site on my computer there and try downloading the program.
