Sarah already announced that GW Skype questions will experimentally be allowed on list for now. The point of her initial decision against this was not to discriminate among screen readers, but rather, to discriminate between scripts (by any other name) for a screen reader versus entire applications that replace Skype. I favor the permission of GW Skype questions here, though just this week, GW Micro did set up a list for discussions of GW Micro "apps" and, by explicit inclusion in their announcement of the list, GW Skype.
So for now at least, the questions about GW Skype questions on this list are rather moot. Time will tell how well the permission for them here works, but I think it will work fine.
