Hi, yes I use Jaws 10 and I don't know how to update the scripts.

Do you use JAWS, and if so did you update the scripts?
By "disconnect", you mean to hang up the call? That means your hotkeys are
not enabled. Go to tools / options, press the end key for the hotkeys,
press tab and make sure the enable global hotkeys is checked. Press tab
again, and make sure "Answer call" and "Reject / hung up call" are
checked. You can also change the hotkeys if you like by choosing the
change button. When done, click Save button.
