Viv, you can find out which hotkeys are assigned to what Skype
functions by going to the Tools Menu, Options, and arrowing down
the list of categories until you get to Hotkeys.
Make sure Enable Keyboard Shortcuts is checked. Obviously,
exploring the list of shortcuts will tell you how to answer or hang
up calls, among other things.
Also, on the tools menu, find Accessibility, and make sure both
items are checked.
