Do you use JAWS, and if so did you update the scripts?
By "disconnect", you mean to hang up the call? That means your
hotkeys are not enabled. Go to tools / options, press the end key
for the hotkeys, press tab and make sure the enable global
hotkeys is checked. Press tab again, and make sure "Answer call"
and "Reject / hung up call" are checked. You can also change the
hotkeys if you like by choosing the change button. When done,
click Save button.
