Well this is weird because I don't see it I see skype name password and
don't have an account and forgot password and sign in, I looked on the
help page and they say: How do I sign in to Skype for Windows desktop
with my Microsoft account?

Sign in to Skype for Windows desktop with your Microsoft account, merge
your accounts and instant message your Skype and Messenger contacts from
Skype.
To sign in to Skype and merge your Microsoft and Skype accounts:
1.Start Skype.
2.Click Microsoft account.
3.Enter your Microsoft email and password.
4.Click Sign in. If you don’t have a Microsoft account yet, click Sign
up and follow the instructions.
5.If you’re already using Skype, click I have a Skype account to sign in
with your Skype account. If you don’t have a Skype account, click Get
started to sign in with your Microsoft account.
If you have clicked “Get started”:
6.Read the Skype Terms of Use, then click I agree – continue.
You created a new Skype account with your Microsoft account and merged
them. You are now signed in to Skype with your Microsoft account.

If you have clicked “I have a Skype account”:
1.Skype starts searching for your account:
•If you see your Skype account, just click it, enter your Skype account
password, then click Sign in.
•If your Skype account is not listed or if you want to use another
account, click Use a different account, then enter your Skype Name and
password, then click Sign in.
•If no match is found, you’re directed to a Skype sign-in window. Simply
enter your Skype Name and password, then click Sign in.
2.Click Merge accounts.
You are now signed in to Skype with your Microsoft account and your
accounts are merged.

Sign in to Skype with your Microsoft account manually
After merging your accounts, it’s easy to sign in to Skype with your
Microsoft account manually. To sign in manually with your Microsoft account:
1.Start Skype.
2.Click Microsoft account.
3.Enter your Microsoft email and password, then click Sign in. However,
someone told me I should probably reinstall skype after I add my hotmail
address which is my windows Live Messenger address to my profile which I
did, so I will reinstall and I use Skype Talking and NVDA, so unless you
have any other options to solve this issue which the fact is I can't see
the microsoft sign in option...then by all means, let me know.

I don't remember how it works, but
I think it has you sign into your windows live account, then asks if
you want to merge that with your skype account. If you say yes, it
will ask you for your skpe id. Of course, it's been awhile since I did
it, so I might be wrong. But I am sure about signing out, and tabbing
across the sign in dialog box.
