We use to have a dialogue pop up. We use to press tab key several time and
find contact request button pressing space bar opens the windows for about 5
things accept button, dicline button, view profile button etc.

Another suggestion, make sure that both accessibility options in the

menu are checked. I just installed Skype 6.3 but I did not have the
