Hi there, If you have the jaws script for jaws 11 from http:www.dlee.org when you install skype script then when you are in skype main window you press alt + t for tool then you arrow down or up to add contact press enter then type the user's skype name I'm not sure if I stilll have the jaws 11 script for skype!!
