Hey guyst,
according to what a friend of mine tested using NVDA, the Skype app for
Windows 8 is really not accessible. Since she did not manage to unable its
automated starting, she was forced to completely uninstall it and now she's
using a portable version.
@Brian: if you downloaded the Windows 8 app, you could try this trick.
Downloading Skype from your xp machine, then pass it to Windows 8 using i.e.
a USB flashdrive.
