It really is not that different. I always say, get used to change so that way it's not uch a shock when change happens. Try the new skype out. it really rocks and supports group conference calling and video chat and all of that for free now.
Iv'e been using it for about a few years now and it just rocks. and the team are very reseptive to accessibility now.
