Lori if you have C cleaner, you could remove skype through that programme if you are unable to do so via the control panel.

Skype updated, and now it won't open or uninstall. I'm getting messages about source files not matching when I try to remove Skype 6.0 from my system, and when I hit enter to try to open skype, nothing happens for about a minute, then i get a message saying something about skype timeout error. I've done a virus scan, and it's not picking anything up. I also tried putting Skype-talking on my computer too, but that hasn't helped either. Could anyone on here suggest anything?
